TPU96 - is our new thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament that combines exceptional flexibility and durability. TPU enables the rapid and efficient production of industrial rubber parts in small volumes, making it ideal for custom one-off products as well as quick manufacturing of industrial components. This material is ideal for a wide range of industrial and hobby projects, from protective covers and RC model parts to flexible joints and seals. In addition to its flexibility, this material is also known for its ability to dampen vibrations and absorb shocks.
TPU has excellent adhesion to commonly used print beds, ensuring stable and reliable prints. However, TPU is more prone to moisture absorption. To maintain its optimal printing properties, the material needs to be dried periodically.
Printing reecommendation:
Nozzle: 230 - 250 °C
Heatbed: 40 - 50 °C
