Fiberlogy ASA AF
As a result of aramid fibers (Kevlar®) the material performs perfectly wherever the finished print must withstand intensive use, impacts and long-term operation in outdoor conditions.
The material has a reduced coefficient of friction, providing increased abrasion resistance (tribological wear resistance).
Features:
high impact and mechanical damage resistance
resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions
heat resistance up to 94°C
very good layer bonding
reduced material shrinkage
matte, technical surface finish
high dimensional stability of printed parts,
Printing recommendation:
Printing temperature 255-270°C
Bed temperature 110°C
Build surface Smooth PEI + adhesive; Textured PEI;
Drying conditions 80°C / 4h
Enclosure recommended
Cooling fan 0-25%
